BarCount collects nothing. There is no account, no server, no analytics and no advertising. Bottle and keg inventory, counts and variance history stay on your device. We never receive them and cannot see them.
Everything BarCount creates is written to on-device storage on your iPhone: areas, SKUs, closed counts, receives and optional JSON backups you export. None of it is transmitted to us.
BarCount Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Apple processes the payment and tells the app whether a subscription is active. We never see your payment details, and we do not receive your name, email or Apple Account information.
If you share a variance report image or export a JSON backup, iOS hands the content to whichever app or service you choose. We are not involved in the transfer and receive no copy.
BarCount does not use tracking SDKs, advertising identifiers or analytics. Local preferences use on-device storage only.
BarCount is not directed at children under 13. It is a business inventory tool for adults who manage bar stock.
If this policy changes, we will update the date above.
